Age Restrictions

All participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter and participate in activities at eventnighth.

This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. We are legally required to enforce this age restriction.

1. Age Verification Policy

All guests must provide valid, government-issued photo identification upon arrival at our venue to verify their age.

Age verification is mandatory for every visitor, regardless of appearance. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot provide acceptable identification.

2. Acceptable Forms of Identification

We accept the following forms of identification for age verification:

• Australian Driver's License (current and valid)
• Australian Proof of Age Card (18+ card)
• Australian Passport (current and valid)
• International Passport (current and valid, from any country)
• Australian Keypass Card (with photo)
• Australian Photo Card (issued by state/territory)

Note: Student IDs, work IDs, or other non-government-issued identification are NOT acceptable for age verification.

3. Identification Requirements

Your identification must meet the following criteria:

• Be current and valid (not expired)
• Include a clear, recognizable photograph
• Show your date of birth
• Be an original document (photocopies or digital images are not acceptable)
• Match the name on your booking (if applicable)

If your identification is damaged, expired, or unclear, you may be refused entry even if you are 18 or older.

4. Entry Refusal

We will refuse entry to any person who:

• Cannot provide valid identification
• Is under 18 years of age
• Provides identification that appears to be fraudulent or altered
• Cannot prove their age to our satisfaction

If entry is refused, no refund will be provided for any booking fees or payments made.

5. Accompanying Minors

Children under 18 are not permitted on the premises under any circumstances.

This includes:

• Infants and toddlers
• Children of any age
• Teenagers under 18

Even if accompanied by a parent or guardian, individuals under 18 cannot enter our venue. This is a strict policy with no exceptions.

6. Group Bookings

For group bookings, every member of the group must be 18 or older and must provide valid identification.

If any member of a group is under 18 or cannot provide valid identification, the entire group may be refused entry.

We recommend verifying the age of all group members before making a booking to avoid disappointment.

7. Right to Request Additional Verification

We reserve the right to request additional verification if:

• Your identification appears suspicious or questionable
• There is any doubt about your age
• Your identification does not clearly show your date of birth

In such cases, we may ask for a second form of identification or refuse entry if we cannot verify your age to our satisfaction.

8. Legal Compliance

Our age restriction policy is in compliance with:

• Queensland state laws regarding licensed entertainment venues
• Australian gaming and entertainment regulations
• Our venue licensing requirements

We are legally obligated to enforce these restrictions and may face penalties if we fail to do so.

9. Booking Confirmation

When making a booking, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You will bring valid identification to the venue
• All members of your party are 18 or older
• You understand that entry will be refused if age cannot be verified

Providing false information about age during booking may result in immediate refusal of entry and no refund.

10. Special Circumstances

We understand that some situations may be challenging, but our age restriction policy applies to everyone equally. We cannot make exceptions for:

• Birthday celebrations
• Family events
• Special occasions
• International visitors
• Any other circumstances
